What We Do for Our Hosting Customers

A technician's toolkit laid out flat on navy felt: screwdrivers, a coiled cable, a spanner and a torch.

Hosting with most companies means renting space on a machine. You get a login and a help article, and the rest is your problem.

That’s not what this is. Here’s what you actually get, plainly.

The Technical Side, Handled

You don’t touch a control panel. I do.

Domain setup and pointing. DNS records and forwarding. Software and plugin updates. Server monitoring. Whatever breaks, gets fixed, usually before you notice.

If you’ve ever spent a Saturday inside a hosting dashboard trying to work out what a CNAME record is, you know exactly what this is worth.

An Hour a Month of Changes, No Charge

This is the part people use most and expect least.

New hours. Swap a photo. Update prices. Add a staff member. Fix a typo you spotted two months ago and kept forgetting to mention.

Email it over, it gets done. No ticket, no minimum, no invoice for ten minutes of work. Most months nobody uses the full hour. It’s there anyway.

Security, Included

SSL certificate. Firewall. Malware scanning. Daily backups I can restore from quickly.

Backups are the one people only think about once. I’d rather you never have that day at all.

The Actual Difference

You call me.

Not a queue, not a chatbot, not a ticket that gets a first response in two business days. Me, or somebody here who knows your site and your business.

That’s the whole product, honestly. Everything else on this page is table stakes. The thing you’re really buying is that somebody picks up.

Who This Suits

Businesses that want the website to just work and would rather not think about it. That’s most of my clients, and most of them have been here years.

If you’re on cheap hosting and something’s been nagging at you, call me. I’ll tell you whether it’s worth moving, even if the answer is no.
