We kicked off 2026 with a clear goal. Move our clients to a faster, more sustainable platform, and build the infrastructure to serve them for the next decade, not just the next year. That meant migrating sites. Redesigning how we handle reporting. Automating work that used to be manual. And taking a serious look at what a small business AI consulting practice could be.
Here’s where things stand.
The Migration Campaign
We’re in the middle of moving 25-30 client sites from WordPress to a modern AI-built stack. The early results confirmed what we expected. Faster sites, lower hosting costs, way less maintenance overhead, and better SEO right out of the gate.
Not everyone is moving. WooCommerce clients and a handful of others are staying put, and that’s the right call for them. What everyone gets, whatever platform they’re on, is monthly reporting. Real data, plain-English analysis, and recommendations you can actually use.
What the Monthly Reports Have Shown Us
Running analytics and search console data across a growing number of client sites has given us the clearest view we’ve ever had of what’s working in small business SEO right now. Local signals matter more. Content consistency beats content volume. Site speed is a real ranking factor. None of this is surprising. But seeing it hold up across dozens of sites gives it weight.
